1. Introduction

Welcome to MeWeBe ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, joining our network, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. MeWeBe is a cooperative ecosystem designed to build the infrastructure for Universal Basic Income (UBI) through shared technology and profit distribution.

2. The MeWeBe Network & Profit Sharing

MeWeBe operates on a model of shared prosperity. By joining, you become a member of a community that aims to distribute profits generated by network businesses back to its members.

2.1. MeWeBe Coin

The "MeWeBe Coin" is currently a digital reward point system representing your contribution weight and stake in the potential profit pool. It is not currently a financial security, cryptocurrency, or legal tender. While we aim to integrate blockchain technology and allow exchange for fiat currency in the future once profits exceed operational costs, no financial returns are guaranteed.

2.2. Profit Distribution

Profit sharing is contingent upon the successful operation and profitability of the businesses within the MeWeBe network. We reserve the right to determine the timing, method, and amount of any distributions.

3. For Startups & Builders

3.1. Intellectual Property (IP)

If you submit an idea or business plan to us ("Submission"):

• Your Ownership: You retain ownership of your original intellectual property.
• License: By submitting, you grant MeWeBe a license to review and evaluate your submission for the purpose of providing grants or partnership offers.
• Collaborative Works: If we enter a partnership (Grant/Equity or Funded Build), a separate agreement will detail IP ownership of the jointly developed technology.

3.2. Equity & Grants

Terms regarding equity stakes (e.g., the 3-7% model) or development grants will be governed by a separate, binding contract signed upon acceptance into the program.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services. This includes attempting to manipulate the "MeWeBe Coin" system, submitting fraudulent business applications, or engaging in any activity that harms the integrity of the network.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeWeBe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
